I run weekday Toning Tables Sessions from 10am - 4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
These sessions involve input from me in regard to all different exercises and positions available on the machines to give the best application of thier use and maximise yourresults.
As well as the toning tables, we provide many other automated therapies that i am able to assist with the application of.
These are mainly pre booked in advance by messaging on the Toning Tables Ludlow facebook page.
walk in appointments may still be available but pre booked appointments must always take precedence.
